  4. Stretch after each hour of sitting
  5. Maintain good posture
  6. Use a good chair, pillow and mattress
  7. Sleep on your back or side, not on your stomach to keep your spine in line and reduce the risk of hurting your neck while you sleep.
  8. Don't overload your backpack or purse- Remember to carry it over both shoulders to balance the load (if possible).
  9. Don’t cradle the phone between your neck and shoulder
  10. Have regular spinal check-ups because it is much easier to prevent a problem than to correct one
